Industrial Engineer (Production Supervisor)
The Industrial Engineer will 1) oversee the daily production activities in the assembly department 2) work with manufacturing engineering to release new products in to production 3) initiate and facilitate efficiency, material handling, ergonomic, and cost reduction improvement activities in the assembly department 4) manage training programs to increase flexibility of assembler work assignments. This is hands-on position in which the majority of the day will be spent on the production floor.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor assemblers and group leaders’ adherence to company established work and quality procedures, production quotas and safety regulations
  • Schedule and prioritize work to meet planned shipping schedules
  • Ensure department personnel have materials, tools and other necessary equipment to perform job assignments
  • Ongoing analysis of work flow processes to recommend improvements and increase efficienciesProvide training to end users, distributors, OEM’s, etc.
  • Lead and assist with appropriate special projects
  • Engage in cost saving initiatives for applicable assigned areas
  • Complete performance evaluations and provides ongoing feedback for subordinates
  • Provide hands-on assistance as required to meet departmental goals
  • Perform any additional related duties as defined by the Manufacturing Operations Manager


  • Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering BS or Technology Degree
  • Great leadership, organizational , interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated to lead continuous improvement activities
  • Ability to read and comprehend blueprints
  • Able to use simple hand tools
  • Must be able to stand long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
  • Candidate can reside anywhere in the US (home-based office)

National Instrumentation Business Development Manager
As the National Business Instrumentation Business Development Manager, you will sell our instrumentation products and services, call on existing and potential customers, develop and conduct sales presentations, provide training, etc.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop collaborative relationships with OEM’s, engineering firms, manufacturers, etc. to sell and promote CONCOA’s instrumentation line
  • Develop sales strategies to capture strategic accounts
  • Work with existing and potential customers on solutions to meet their needs with our instrumentation products
  • Provide training to end users, distributors, OEM’s, etc.
  • Participate in sales meetings and trade shows
  • Remain informed of market activity to recommend initiatives for potential growth opportunities
  • Assume other related duties and responsibilities


  • Degreed, preferably in Engineering, Marketing or Business
  • Technical sales experience in related industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to effectively present ideas and information
  • Good computer skills and working knowledge of common database software programs
  • Ability to travel extensively (50 - 75%)
  • Candidate can reside anywhere in the US (home-based office)

Manufacturing Engineer
The qualified candidate must be capable of carrying out assignments associated with the manufacture of parts and all components of manufacturing processes. The preferred candidate will have a background in CNC and/or automation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing manufacturing processes and procedures
  • Designing tooling and fixtures as required for processes
  • Performing necessary trials and tests required for new processes
  • Identifying and resolving efficiencies in processes and/or procedures
  • Initiating the requisition of necessary equipment, tooling, fixtures, etc. for the implementation of manufacturing process plans
  • Training and assisting production personnel in the implementation of manufacturing process plans
  • Participating in special projects as assigned


  • BS in Mechanical Engineering
  • Proficiency in Mechanical CAD (Solidworks and/or AutoCad)
  • Great interpersonal, verbal and writing skills
  • Technically astute with sound knowledge of engineering practices
  • Working knowledge of MS Office software
