Oxygen is a colorless, odorless, tasteless gas.
Typical uses include oxy-acetylene welding, the manufacture of steel and various
chemicals, as a fuel component in the aerospace industry, for treatment of respiratory
disorders. It is also used during high altitude flying and during diving operations.
