Single stage, four-port, liquid cylinder regulator for industrial laser process gases

The 5260 Series regulator is designed specifically for primary pressure control of assist gases supplied from cryogenic liquid cylinders. The regulator is used in medium-flow applications up to 1500 SCFH (708 LPM), and medium pressure-flow applications up to 200 PSIG (14 BAR).

  • Large CAPSULE® seat design enables flow rates unobtainable with conventional regulators
  • Field adjustable pressure limit supports application customization
  • Convoluted 316L stainless steel diaphragm eliminates friction and ensures smooth pressure changes
  • Standard relief valve offers diaphragm and gauge protection
  • Max inlet pressure: 3000 PSIG (210 BAR)
  • Max delivery pressure: 200 PSIG (14 BAR)
  • Body: Chrome-plated forged brass
  • Bonnet: Chrome-plated, die-cast zinc
  • Temperature range: -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C)
  • Gauges: 2 1/2 in (68 mm) diameter brass
  • Ports: 1/4 in FNPT
  • Helium leak integrity: 1 x 10⁻⁸ scc/sec

  • Seat: PTFE
