Air
DESCRIPTION (Air):
Air is a mixture of Nitrogen, Oxygen,
Argon, Carbon Dioxide and minute quantities of rare gases. The concentrations of these
gases will vary according to the altitude at which the sample is collected. It is
typically shipped in steel cylinders at pressures between 2200 - 2400 psig @ 70° F. Common
uses are low temperature cooling and breathing air in life support systems.
