Argon (Ar)
DESCRIPTION (Argon):

Argon is a monatomic chemically inert gas that is colorless, odorless and tasteless. Normally supplied in compressed gas cylinders in the non-liquid state. Typical uses include fill gas for incandescent light bulbs, carrier gas for arc welding, plasma jet torches and Geiger counting tubes.
