The 8000 Series Single-Stage Regulator is an electrically heated solution engineered to vaporize liquid samples and preheat gas streams. Available in pressure, flowgauge, or flowmeter configurations, this versatile regulator provides precise primary control for condensable industrial gases like carbon dioxide and nitrous oxide. While standard pressure models deliver stable outlet control up to 135 PSIG (9 BAR), flowgauge and flowmeter configurations accurately control and measure output flow rates in standard cubic feet per hour (SCFH). To ensure peak efficiency, an integrated thermostatically controlled heater prevents system freeze-ups by maintaining a steady vapor-phase gas stream, while a durable chloroprene diaphragm provides highly responsive regulation.
