The CONCOA 492 Series four-port line regulator is engineered to deliver reliable secondary pressure regulation or precise point-of-use control of non-corrosive high purity gases at a maximum inlet pressure of 6000 PSIG (415 BAR). Instead of a diaphragm, the 492 Series uses a rugged piston assembly to ensure safe pressure control at high inlet pressures. A range of factory-installed options is available to meet specific application needs.
