The 551 Series Semi-Flexible Vacuum-Jacketed Hose is a rugged, high-performance cryogenic transfer hose engineered for use with the 577 CryoWiz™ cryogenic switchover system and the 57V Series cryogenic header. Because liquid nitrogen has an extremely low boiling point, even slight heat exposure can lead to rapid boil-off. The hose’s vacuum-jacketed and insulated design creates an effective barrier to heat transfer, preserving the cryogen’s low temperature. For added performance and serviceability, the 551 Series includes an SV-9 pump-out port to maintain vacuum integrity over time. Ideally suited for connecting the primary liquid cylinder source to the CryoWiz™ system, CONCOA's 551 Series Semi-Flexible Vacuum-Jacketed Hose ensures efficient, low-loss delivery with long-term reliability. It is compatible with a range of cryogens—including liquid nitrogen, argon, oxygen, and carbon dioxide—delivering a complete solution for continuous liquid nitrogen supply and other critical cryogenic applications.
