The 622 Series dome-loaded regulator is suitable for flows of up to 5,200 cubic feet per hour. The single-body design of the 622 Series offers high flow and high pressure in a compact purge regulator assembly. Achieve precise, stable pressure control with the CONCOA 622 Series dome-loaded regulator, ideal for high-flow, high-sensitivity gas delivery in critical laboratory and industrial applications.

  • Inlet pressures from 600 PSIG (42 BAR) to 4500 PSIG (310 BAR) permits liquid or high pressure use
  • 40-micron internal filter limits the possibility of gas contamination
  • CAPSULE® seat increases serviceability and life
  • Optional wall/panel mounting kit provides diverse system configurations
  • Right and left-hand inlets offer flexible installation options
