Engineered for demanding gas delivery systems, the CONCOA 623 Series dome-loaded regulator offers ultra-stable outlet pressure and enhanced flow capacity for laser assist gases. Typically, these gases are supplied from less than 600 PSIG (42 BAR) cryogenic supply systems. The regulator is designed for direct installation to the external vaporizer. Its balanced stem seat and dome-loaded design allow for full flow capacity of assist or process gases, ensuring constant delivery flow and pressure, regardless of supply source inlet pressure fluctuations.

  • 40-micron internal filter limits the possibility of gas contamination
  • Up to 4500 PSIG (310 BAR) permits liquid or high pressure use
  • Balanced stem seat design provides maximum reliability and easy maintenance
  • Wall mounting bracket allows easy installation
  • Max inlet pressure: 3000 PSIG (210 BAR) PTFE; 4500 PSIG (310 BAR) PCTFE
  • Max flow (nitrogen): 10,000 SCFH (4700 lpm)
