The 580 Series Flammable Gas Detector is designed to continuously monitor and detect flammable and combustible gases in hazardous areas. The monitor incorporates sophisticated electronics that, when used in conjunction with the 585 Series emergency shut-off controller or a distributive control system, enable the user to quickly identify and correct major system faults. The CONCOA 580 series flammable gas detector includes analog and digital outputs for integration with the 585 Series emergency shut-off controller or other gas monitoring system in order to detect the location of any leakage, measure gas concentrations, and secure worker safety.
- Digital LCD display indicates current gas concentration level
- Fault supervision circuitry continuously monitors for failed sensor cell and communication line breaks
- Disposable electrochemical or LEL catalytic bead sensor provides 2-5 years of service in a normal environment
- Explosion-proof enclosure prevents internal explosion from escaping the instrument
