Stainless steel pressure differential switchover for high purity gas applications

The 527 Series Switchover is a stainless steel, pressure differential switchover designed to provide a continuous supply of ultra-high purity and corrosive gases. The unit may be used with one cylinder per side or with a manifold header to increase storage capacity. The CONCOA 527 Series switchover may be purchased with or without a variety of options, such as diaphragm valves, manifold connectors, mini-manifold connectors, flexible pigtails, or with open inlet ports. Due to pressure differential considerations, an integral line regulator is available to maintain constant downstream pressure. Optional Altos 2™ remote alarm capability provides audible and visual warnings that a switchover is about to occur.
- 400 Series stainless steel CAPSULE® seat regulators provide 360° filtration
- Metal-to-metal diaphragm seal prevents gas contamination
- Single knob priority valve permits easy switch of cylinder priority
- Purge valve enables purging after cylinder changeover
- Optional line regulator maintains stable line pressure during a changeover
- Check valve in optional regulator hose inlet gland prohibits contamination and backflow
