The 655 Oxygen BlendMaster supplies argon-oxygen shielding gas mixtures on site for mild and stainless steel MIG (GMAW) welding. The gas mixer will maintain the set mixture ratio from full flow rate to zero flow. The CONCOA 655 Series BlendMaster can be wall mounted or bench mounted in an indoor location for system flexibility. Models include those with optional low-pressure alarm capability for use with CONCOA's Altos 2™ remote alarm (not included).

  • Two gas blend: 0-10% Oxygen in Argon
  • Flow capacity: 0-850 SCFH (24 SCMH)
  • Inlet pressure: 100-125 PSIG (7-8.5 BAR)
  • Mixed gas outlet pressure: 10-50 PSIG (0.7-3.5 BAR)
  • Temperature range: 32°F to 100°F (0°C to 38°C)
  • Accuracy: ± 0.5%
  • Surge tank: 7 gal (26.5 l)
  • Case: Powder-coated steel
  • Regulator: Brass barstock
  • Seals: Chloroprene
  • Filter: 40-micron 316L stainless steel
