533 Series Quarter-Turn Diaphragm Valve

Diaphragm valve for high purity or corrosive gas applications
5334329-01-001 shown

The 533 Series Quarter-Turn Diaphragm Valve provides primary flow control for high purity or corrosive gases. The 0° to 90° shaft turn and low wetted surface area combine to minimize particle generation, and the fully swept path minimizes entrapment. the quarter-turn diaphragm valve is available in a variety of body materials to handle various gas and system requirements. Durable and reliable, the CONCOA 533 Series quarter-turn diaphragm valve is ideal for high pressure applications where flow needs to be stopped and started quickly and precisely.

  • Springless diaphragm valve offers superior leak integrity
  • Metal-to-metal diaphragm seal prevents contamination
  • Low wetted surface area minimizes particle generation
  • Optional corrosive resistant stainless steel models permit use in corrosive gas systems
  • Optional brass and plated brass models provide economical options for non-corrosive gases
