The 533 Series Quarter-Turn Diaphragm Valve provides primary flow control for high purity or corrosive gases. The 0° to 90° shaft turn and low wetted surface area combine to minimize particle generation, and the fully swept path minimizes entrapment. the quarter-turn diaphragm valve is available in a variety of body materials to handle various gas and system requirements.
