CONCOA offers a wide range of gas cabinet shells with options and accessories to meet specific applications. Cabinet enclosures of one- to four-cylinder configurations are available. Accessories include gas cabinet vents, globe vent caps, replacement door windows, replacement door latches, shelving, and safety device options that are designed to add functional performance while providing the safest and most reliable means to deliver common flammable and hazardous laboratory gases. For fully integrated vented gas cabinet systems designed and manufactured under CONCOA ISO9000:2015 quality standards, consider CONCOA C-Series Standard Gas Cabinets or CONCOA Custom Gas Cabinet Systems.

  • Cabinet shells with extra heavy-duty welded steel construction protect cylinders and valves
  • Wire-reinforced door windows permit visual inspection for increased safety
  • Top-mounted sprinkler head with beeswax coating provides isolated fire protection
  • Keyed door latch prevents unwanted access to the cylinder and gas system
  • All stainless steel fasteners assure added durability and longevity
  • Cabinet material: 12-gauge steel (0.105 in)
  • Exhaust duct: 6 in (152 mm) diameter and 3 in (76 mm) high
  • Sprinkler activation point: 160°F - 165°F (71°C - 74°C)
  • Sprinkler head connection: 1/2 in MNPT
  • Cylinder brackets: 7 in - 10 in (177 mm - 254 mm ) diameter, chain and strap included
  • Fire-rated window: 1/4 in clear wire glass
  • Fasteners: Stainless steel
  • Conformances: S2-93 Safety guidelines; Meets international fire codes
