Gas Mizer

Gas economizer for oxy-fuel applications
8030480 shown

The Gas Mizer is installed between the regulator and the torch to close off the oxygen and fuel gas supply whenever the torch is hung from the handy arm hook. When the torch is picked up, the Gas Mizer starts the flow of oxygen and fuel gas. The torch can be ignited by passing it across the pilot light. The CONCOA gas mizer saves up to 50% on oxygen and fuel gas consumption in operations where torches are used intermittently. The pilot light burner for the gas mizer is required and sold separately according to the appropriate gas service.

  • Bench-mounting at work area permits maximum convenience
  • Automatically closing gas flow when the torch is hung minimizes fuel consumption
  • Inlet/Outlet connections: 9/16 in -18 (B) LH (acetylene); 9/16 in -18 (B) RH (oxygen)
  • Hanger rod: Stainless steel
  • Brass needle valve: 1/8 in FNPT
  • Seat: Chloroprene
  • Base bracket: Nickel-plated steel
