CONCOA DELIVERS POINT-OF-USE SOLUTIONS BUILT TO PERFORM IN ANY SETTING

Point-of-Use Solutions Engineered for Any Setting

In a typical facility, gas cylinders may be stored in a main supply room on the first floor, with instruments located on the second and gas distributed through an extensive piping system. Point-of-use equipment is essential to maintain stable pressure control across the full pipe run to the instruments. When a shared pipeline supplies multiple instruments, each with different pressure and flow requirements, point-of-use systems provide precise regulation at the instrument level, ensuring each application receives the exact delivery pressure or flow rate required for efficient operation.

Driven by a demand for cleaner layouts, greater flexibility, and adaptable workspaces, architecturally designed laboratories and cleanrooms are increasingly featuring built-in or overhead gas lines, modular laboratory furniture, and portable workstations. This evolving, modern laboratory design requires streamlined, furniture-end point-of-use equipment that fits cleanly into surrounding lab furnishings. Whether retrofitting an existing facility or planning a modern next generation laboratory, CONCOA delivers built-to-order point-of-use solutions tailored to the needs of any laboratory environment.

Whether retrofitting an existing facility or designing a cutting-edge laboratory or cleanroom, CONCOA manufactures reliable point-of-use solutions perfect for streamlining gas management, enhancing safety, and maximizing space. From retrofit to new build, CONCOA is the trusted choice for point-of-use solutions engineered to meet the demands of any laboratory environment.

High Purity Point-of-Use Regulators

For smaller labs or operations requiring a simple, cost-effective point-of-use solution, CONCOA’s 304 and 307 Series regulators, with chrome-plated brass barstock bodies, provide accurate point-of-use pressure control in high purity gas systems. For higher purity applications requiring enhanced performance the 324 or 327 Series regulators, made of stainless steel barstock, offer improved pressure control and enhanced durability.

Modular Point-of-Use Panels

The 53 Series Point-of-Use Panels offer a compact, economical solution for non-corrosive gas applications up to Grade 5.0 purity. Housed in a brushed stainless steel enclosure, these panels feature CONCOA’s reliable 300 Series regulators, available in both single- and dual-stage configurations. The design prioritizes simplicity and serviceability, making it ideal for academic labs, manufacturing support stations, and general lab gas delivery points. Aesthetically, the 53 Series offers a low-profile, professional appearance while delivering consistent outlet pressure for gases such as nitrogen, CO₂, or compressed air. Five standard delivery pressure ranges can be individually selected for each regulator station 0-15 PSIG (0-1 BAR) to 0-200 PSIG (0-14 BAR).

54 Series Point-of-Use Panels provide a modular design to mount and locate 400 Series regulators at the point-of-use. Designed for the most demanding high purity and corrosive gas applications, the 54 Series Panels offer superior material compatibility and leak integrity. These panels provide a modular design to mount and locate CONCOA 400 Series ultra high purity regulators with components such as stainless steel diaphragms, PTFE seats and orbital-welded connections—housed in a sleek, cleanable stainless steel faceplate. The high leak integrity of 1x10-9 cc/sec ensures delivery of research and ultra high purity and corrosive gases in an unaltered state to the most sensitive process or instrumentation applications. Supplied with up to four regulators per panel and offering up to six individually selectable delivery pressures, CONCOA 54 Series point-of-use panels are used in settings requiring critical gas delivery, such as GC carrier gas lines, high-purity research instrumentation, or corrosive gas control.

55 SeriesPoint-of-Use Panels represent CONCOA’s most advanced line of point-of-use gas panels, offering high-flow capacity, advanced regulation, and modular outlet options. These units are constructed with precision-machined stainless steel and polished surfaces, making them both visually appealing and chemically compatible. The panels accommodate one or more regulators and feature optional outlet manifolds. A standout among these is the 55 Series incubator panel, designed specifically for life science labs using CO₂ and N₂ in incubators. This panel includes a single regulator with a four-outlet manifold, allowing a single source to safely and evenly supply multiple incubators. This setup ensures stable pressure while reducing clutter and streamlining gas management—ideal for fertility clinics, cell culture labs, and microbiology labs.

5ZV Series High Purity Valve Box

The 5ZV Valve Box provides a sleek, wall-mounted access point for controlling gases in critical areas. Featuring high-purity valves and optional purge configurations, it enables local shutoff and maintenance without disrupting supply to the entire system. This is especially useful in cleanrooms, vivariums, or any lab requiring secure and convenient gas access with high leak integrity. The polished finish and low-profile design make it an attractive addition to visible lab spaces.

Custom-Configured Recessed Wall and Ceiling Point of Use Panels

5E Series Recessed Ceiling Panels are designed for clean laboratory set-ups with built in or gas lines. These flush-mounted panels preserve clean aesthetics while providing localized pressure control at the point-of-use. Designed for wall or ceiling mounting, the modular enclosure provides an elegant and practical solution for distributing gases in labs where floor and wall space is at a premium. Suspended overhead, these panels support one or more point-of-use gas outlets with neat and secure drop-down connections. Available in a single or dual configuration, the 5E Series accommodates a wide variety of regulators and outlet fittings. The stainless steel construction enhances durability and cleanliness, while the modular design allows for easy expansion or modification. Typical gases include CO₂ for incubators, nitrogen for analytical equipment, and compressed air or oxygen for general lab use. Perfect for modern laboratory and cleanroom environments, biotech labs, and research environments that require clutter-free workspaces with easy access to regulated gas supplies. CONCOA's 5E Series Ceiling Panels offer a low-profile, functional solution without sacrificing workspace or flexibility.

In addition to the ceiling-mounted options, CONCOA is introducing a new line of wall-mounted panels designed to be seamlessly recessed into laboratory casework, walls, or ceilings. Engineered for environments where space optimization and aesthetics are critical, these panels are ideal for laboratories and architectural firms alike. Architectural firms that design technical spaces or operate in-house model shops, prototyping labs, or materials testing areas often require reliable access to inert gases such as nitrogen or CO₂ for their tools and equipment. These wall-mounted point-of-use panels feature a sleek, durable 316L stainless steel faceplate and are equipped with high-performance CONCOA 400 Series regulators for precise and consistent gas control.

Custom Configured Furniture-End Point-of-Use Panels

For modern laboratory's built around modular benches, movable workstations, or integrated casework, CONCOA custom engineers' furniture-end point-of-use panels to fit cleanly into casework or cabinetry.  deliver reliable gas control right at the bench. Custom-configured to match your pressure, flow, and gas type requirements, these panels are engineered to blend into cabinetry or furniture-ends for a more streamlined and customized distribution of various gases required for specific instruments and workflows. supporting flexible layouts and clean, efficient workspaces.

CONCOA’s Point-of-Use solutions are ideal for:
