The P2 400 Series Central Gas Manual Switchover Panel is designed for primary pressure control from two sources such as single cylinders or cylinder bundles. The panel provides a modular design to mount and locate the ultra-high purity 400 Series single stage regulator. The P2 Manual Switchover Panel is available with either a brass barstock regulator (P2B) for use with research and ultra-high purity gases (up to grade 6.0+), or a stainless steel regulator (P2S) for use with toxic, corrosive, or reactive gases. Integrated purge options, such as full-flow process purge and low flow micro-purge offer increased system flexibility. Manufactured in an ISO 9001:2015 certified facility, each P2 panel is 100% Helium leak checked and cleaned for oxygen service.

  • Temperature range: -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C)
  • Helium leak integrity: 1 x 10⁻⁸ scc/sec

  • Body (regulator and valves): 316L stainless steel barstock (P2S); Brass barstock (P2B)
  • Bonnet: Chrome-plated brass barstock
  • Gauges: 2 in (50 mm) diameter and stainless steel case with stainless steel stem and tube (P2S);
    or plated brass case with plated brass stem and copper alloy tube (P2B)
  • Seat (regulator and valves): PCTFE
  • Filter: 10-micron 316L stainless steel mesh (P2S); or sintered bronze (P2B)
  • Diaphragm: 316L stainless steel (regulator); Elgiloy® (valves)
  • Seals: Metal-to-metal
  • Inlet connections: 1/4 in FNPT
  • Panel: 2mm 304 stainless steel
  • Conformances: Cleanliness meets or exceeds CGA G-4.1; PED 2014/68/EU; ANSI/ASME B40.1; CRN OH5216.5
