The P4 Series High Flow Central Gas Manual Switchover Panel is designed for primary pressure control from two bulk sources. The panel provides a modular design to mount and locate the ultra-high purity 400 Series single stage regulator. The P4 Manual Switchover Panel is available with either a brass barstock regulator (P4B) for use with research and ultra-high purity gases (up to grade 6.0+), or a stainless steel regulator (P4S) for use with toxic, corrosive, or reactive gases. Integrated purge options, such as full-flow process purge or low flow micro-purge, enhance system flexibility for various application requirements. Manufactured in an ISO 9001:2015 certified facility, each P4 panel is 100% Helium leak checked and cleaned for oxygen service.

  • Max inlet pressure: 3000 PSIG (210 BAR) regulator; 3500 PSIG (240 BAR) diaphragm valves
  • Temperature range: -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C)
  • Helium leak integrity: 1 x 10⁻⁸ scc/sec
  • Cv: 0.1
  • Body (regulator and valves): 316L stainless steel barstock (P4S); or brass barstock (P4B)
  • Bonnet: Chrome-plated die cast zinc
  • Gauges: 2 in (50 mm) diameter and stainless steel case with stainless steel stem and tube (P4S);
    or plated brass case with plated brass stem and copper alloy tube (P4B)
  • Seat (regulator and valves): PCTFE
  • Diaphragm: 316L stainless steel (regulator); Elgiloy® (valves)
  • Filter: 40-micron 316L stainless steel
  • Seals: metal-to-metal
  • Panel: 2mm 304 stainless steel
  • Conformances: Cleanliness meets or exceeds CGA G-4.1; PED 2014/68/EU; ANSI/ASME B40.1; CRN OH5216.5
